What is Trading Group?
A trading group is a configuration object on a trading platform that defines spreads, commissions, leverage, permitted symbols and trading permissions for a set of accounts.
Groups are how a brokerage segments its client base — a standard group and a VIP group trade the same instruments under different economics.
Group configuration is a broker-side setting managed through the platform's manager layer.
